Outside fun!

The American Heart Association recommends 30 minutes of daily, moderate-intensity exercise for children 2 years and older -- either all at once or broken into 10-15 minute segments.

Like most children, my daughter's favorite thing to do is play outside. Here are some ideas that I have found while doing some research, as well as some of the things we already do, in no particular order. Yeah girl, that's what I thought when I came across that. I know it's cheap at the store anyways, but it's the lesson and the excitement that the kids would have in making it. :)
